There are many forms and disciplines when it comes to yoga.  Allen's focus is either traditional such as Nidra, Hatha, or Persian and all can be taught online virtually or in workshops. The most unique is a curriculum he developed which brings the student back to fundamental movements born from childhood. This isn't based on contortion or pain. WOB is really for all people and can help improve movements for different athletes or artists.
